University Information Technology Services (UITS) provides information technology services and resources to all faculty, staff, and students at Indiana University, supporting the teaching, learning, research, scholarship, creative activity, and service missions of the university. The annual UITS user survey is the primary formal mechanism employed in gathering feedback from across the university and gauging overall satisfaction with the university's IT services and resources. Data from this survey informs decisions to expand existing services, supports plans to implement new services, and aids in anticipating trends and needs on the horizon. Community input is vital to evolution of Indiana University’s dynamic and ever-changing IT landscape.
