We are working on switching IU dining meal plans (All You Care To Eat) for fall 2022, by March 31st of 2021.
We would like to make sure that we hear student opinion before making that change.
We are surveying current meal plan holders (RPS residents) to see what their preferences are.

This survey is designed to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted scholarly productivity and examine the systemic inequities in academe that are amplified by the current situation. The Gender Equity in Research Task Force appointed by VPR Fred Cate in September 2020 will use these data to develop recommendations for programs and policies to mitigate the effects of the pandemic.

This survey focuses on the experiences of young adults on the autism spectrum as they compare to their neurotypical peers. The survey is designed to answer five questions:
How do educational, occupational, and health outcomes vary along the autism spectrum, accounting for comorbid conditions?
Do the educational, occupational, and health outcomes of students on the autism spectrum differ based on socioeconomic status (SES)?
Does the association of autism with educational, occupational, and health outcomes vary by SES?
To what extent can the association of autism with educational, occupational, and health outcomes be explained by the association of autism with precollege experiences and college engagements?
How do the experiences of college students on the spectrum differ by institutional characteristics?
Answering these questions requires that we collect information from college students who are on the autism spectrum and from neurotypical students at a range of institutions. IU Bloomington is one of the participating institutions, per Dean David O'Guinn and Shirley Stumpner's agreement. (Letter of support attached.)
Response Rate
Overall Response Rate: 11.7%: 11.6% for the general sample; 19.1% for the registered sample.
The purpose of this study is to gather data on how faculty and students are using the teaching and learning technologies provided by Indiana University. This study will look at specific technology tools that are being used throughout the university for various purposes. This will give us a better idea of the types of technology that is being used by faculty, staff, and students, as well as how technology is being used either in the classroom or for other creative activity. The data will be used to improve communication and support for these technologies as well as to identify technologies that are not being used effectively in order to, potentially, consider for replacement or defunding.

The purpose of this survey is to better understand students' perceptions of employment opportunities on and how students engage in cocurricular employment. A random sample of undergraduate students who work on campus drawn from a dataset created in collaboration with HR/Payroll/Student Records will be surveyed, and results will be used to inform recommendations surrounding Indiana University student employment policies, practices, and experiences in the workplace.

This proposal is for the survey component of a National Institutes of Health-funded study that was previously approved for administration in March, 2020. Twelve postsecondary institutions in the state of Indiana agreed to participate in the survey, including IU Bloomington. We were not able to administer the survey in March, 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We hope to field it in fall 2020. Depending on the course of the pandemic in Indiana, it may be necessary to postpone the survey again, to spring 2021.
This study focuses on the experiences of young adults on the autism spectrum as they compare to their neurotypical peers. It asks five questions:
• How do educational, occupational, and health outcomes vary along the autism spectrum, accounting for comorbid disorders?
• Do the outcomes of students on the spectrum differ based on socioeconomic status?
• Does the association of autism with outcomes vary by socioeconomic status?
• How do the experiences of college students on the spectrum differ by institutional characteristics?
• To what extent can the association of autism with outcomes be explained by the association of autism with precollege experiences and college engagements?
• How do the experiences of college students on the spectrum differ by institutional characteristics?
The study involves longitudinal data collection over a 4-year period, following undergraduate students through their time in college and, for some, through their initial transition to the labor market. It extends a pilot study that we conducted in 2017 with many of the same institutions. Data will be used to inform institutional policies to support students with autism and empirical and theoretical research on autism and other disabilities.

The purpose of the survey is to survey a random sample of undergraduate students (and graduate students, if permission granted) about their sexual health as well as its overall connection to their mental health and physical health. Also, a key purpose of the survey is to obtain sufficient detail about understudied aspects of sexual health to support student health and wellness and violence prevention initiatives.
Response Rate
Overall Response Rate: The overall AAPOR Response Rate 2 was 31.6%.
The university faculty have not assessed the efficacy of IUB's general education program since its inception in 2008. That program review is now underway. A key question for that assessment is how undergraduate students perceive the current GenEd system, what they feel about it, and whether they think it is meeting their educational needs. A broadly administered questionnaire to solicit evaluative comments from students will be one valuable method for gathering this data. The Bloomington Faculty Council "GenEd Third Century Task Force" Steering Committee will share the results of this questionnaire with the university faculty as a critical feature of the current GenEd assessment project.

The ITHAKA Local Faculty Survey gathers information about the information needs and practices of faculty and how those needs vary by discipline. The survey is particularly designed to help libraries develop their leadership and strategic priorities, design
new services and spaces for teaching and learning, support research and scholarly communication, and guide their collection strategy.
The survey contains modules addressing the on the following areas:
--Discovery & access to scholarly materials
--Scholarly communications
--Research practices & data curation
--The role of the library in scholarly practices
--Instructional practices

The Community Visioning Survey is a part of a four-phase visioning process for the culture centers. This phase allows individuals that have interacted with the culture centers to provide feedback on 2030 Vision for the Culture Centers. Participants will be asked about the utilization of the center, how they are affiliated, types of programs and services, as well as their vision for 2030 and strategies to achieve their vision.
Response Rate
Overall Response Rate: We received 419 responses. It is hard to determine the response rate since each culture center sent info out on social media and newsletters --- so people participated if they were interested.
Data & Analysis
The Community Visioning Survey was placed on hold by Dr. Wimbush. With the arrival of a new President, we wanted clarity on the strategic planning process for the university before moving forward on this project.
This the third and final phase of the IMLS-funded "Data Doubles" Project, which is a 3-year study that investigates undergraduate student perceptions of their privacy in relation to learning analytics in college and university settings, particularly where academic libraries participate in learning analytics activities. This phase consists of scenario-based focus groups which ask students to react to descriptions of potential of data collection and analysis practices identified in the first tow phases of the Data Doubles project. This request is for a sample that can be used to contact potential participants for these focus groups.
Response Rate
Overall Response Rate: 4.6% response rate. Note that this was a focus-graoup based study and recruitment stopped once enrollment was omplete.
Data & Analysis
The “Data Doubles” survey was an 8-institution research initiative to investigate undergraduate students’ perceptions, attitudes, and experiences in relation to universities’ participation in learning analytics initiatives. It consisted of 154 questions distributed across seven thematic modules related to learning analytics practices: knowledge about learning analytics, data sharing and use, data access and limits, data rights, consent, privacy, and trust.
