This the third and final phase of the IMLS-funded "Data Doubles" Project, which is a 3-year study that investigates undergraduate student perceptions of their privacy in relation to learning analytics in college and university settings, particularly where academic libraries participate in learning analytics activities. This phase consists of scenario-based focus groups which ask students to react to descriptions of potential of data collection and analysis practices identified in the first tow phases of the Data Doubles project. This request is for a sample that can be used to contact potential participants for these focus groups.

Overall Response Rate: 4.6% response rate. Note that this was a focus-graoup based study and recruitment stopped once enrollment was omplete.

The “Data Doubles” survey was an 8-institution research initiative to investigate undergraduate students’ perceptions, attitudes, and experiences in relation to universities’ participation in learning analytics initiatives. It consisted of 154 questions distributed across seven thematic modules related to learning analytics practices: knowledge about learning analytics, data sharing and use, data access and limits, data rights, consent, privacy, and trust.

We are trying to gain an understanding of why students attend the School of Education - what where the primary factors in their decision making process and understand their perception of the school.

The Classroom Technology Faculty Survey will examine the classroom experience for faculty teaching in IU Bloomington classrooms. We are also seeking input on the technology experience for remote students this past year who connected to the classrooms. We are interest in getting input from a variety of faculty in order to ensure we have representation from a variety of spaces across campus.

The purpose of the survey is to assess user experience, needs, and usage in regard to the IU Bloomington campus bus system for the purposes of future planning and service changes. The population of interest is the IU Bloomington campus community, including faculty, staff, and students.
Informational background for 5-year review. Users of Lab Animal Resources (LAR) center will be surveyed regarding their user experience.
