Gift Aid by Department or Item Type

Use this Report if . . .

You need gift aid data (scholarships, fellowships, etc.) that are funded through a particular department or administered through a particular award program (item type), AND you need any of the following:

• the percentage of students with aid from that department or award program;
• the total amount awarded;
• a break-out of the recipient headcounts and total aid by a selected student attribute

Note that this report excludes a significant portion of federal pandemic relief funding from the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) as well as IU-funded COVID-19-related refunds of institutional charges. See the IR Data Guide on this for IU Staff with more information.
